Booking an appointment is easy! You can fill out a request on our website, send us a message on social media, or give us a call. Our admin will help you choose a convenient time, answer all your questions, and, if needed, refer you to a specialist for a consultation.
A deposit is required because we reserve the artist’s time specifically for you. It also ensures commitment and helps us avoid last-minute cancellations. Don’t worry—if your plans change, we’ll work something out.
Yes, but only with parental or legal guardian consent. They must be present at the appointment and sign a consent form. This is required by law to ensure your safety.
If you’re under 18 and really want a tattoo or piercing, talk to your parents first—they may be more supportive when they see that you’ve seriously thought it through.
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 3–4 days in advance, and we’ll happily find another convenient time for you.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable, as the artist has already set aside time for you. However, if you notify us early enough, we can reschedule without losing your deposit.

Pain tolerance varies—some people feel mild discomfort, while others find it totally bearable.
– Tattoos – It feels like a light scratching or tingling sensation. Some areas (like ribs or fingers) are more sensitive, but overall, it’s manageable.
– Piercing – The actual piercing takes just a second, and the pain is sharp but brief. We use the thinnest sterile needles, making it much less painful than expected.
– Permanent makeup – We apply a numbing cream, which significantly reduces discomfort.
